App Presets

What It Does

App presets bundle the domains associated with a specific service — Netflix, Disney+, Spotify, PlayStation Network, and more — into a single routing rule. Instead of manually researching and maintaining the dozens of CDN and API domains a service uses, you pick the service from a list and assign an outbound. TLSOps keeps the domain list current.

App presets are available on Starter and higher plans. The Free plan does not include App presets.

Adding an App Route

  1. Go to the Routing Rules tab and switch to Route by App
  2. Under Add App Route, browse or search the preset library and choose the app preset you want
  3. Select the outbound: Direct, a specific VPN tunnel, or a tunnel group
  4. Click Add app route — TLSOps immediately applies the preset's managed domains in that scope

Editing or Removing an App Route

  1. Open the app route card from the Route by App view inside Routing Rules
  2. To change the preset or outbound, click the edit icon, adjust the values, and click Save changes
  3. To stop routing through that preset, click the delete icon and confirm Delete route — traffic for those domains reverts to the device default for that scope

Plan Limits

Each app route counts against a shared app-route limit across global and per-device app routes. The Free plan includes no app routes; Starter allows 2; Pro allows 10; Ultimate has no limit.

Domain List Updates

When TLSOps is updated, the domain lists behind presets are refreshed automatically. You do not need to re-enable presets after an update — your outbound assignment is preserved and the updated domain list is applied transparently.
